  • DATE & TIME: Saturday, June  14, 2025, 9:00 am. Race packet pick-up 7:00 - 8:45 AM.

  • START TIME: 9:00 AM

  • ENTRY FEE: Adults $30; 10 and under $15 until May 15th. After May 15th, Adults $35; 10 and under $15; Race Day Adults $40; 10 and under $20.

  • NEW LOCATION! Holiday Mountain Ski Area (Exit #108 (heading East on Route 17) or Exit #107 or 109 (heading West on Route 17).

  • RACE PACKET PICK UP: Race Packets can be picked up on Thursday, June 13, 4-7PM at the South Lodge at Holiday Mt. or on Race Day, 7:00 AM- 8:45 AM. Please allow extra time to arrive.

  • RACE DAY REGISTRATION OPENS: 7:00 AM. ​R.

  • COURSE: Fast, flat, 5K out-and-back along the Neversink River. Start and Finish are at Holiday Mountain Lodge.

  • T-SHIRTS: Guaranteed to the first 800 registrants. Register early to get the size you want.

  • AWARDS:  Overall Female, Male: $300, $200, $150. 1st Masters Female and Male (age 45+): $150. Overall place finishers are pulled from Age Groups and removed from Masters category.

    Top three in each 5 year age group. All kids 10 and under receive a medal. Ceremony @11:00 AM. Overall Awards calculated by Gun Start, Chip Finish. Age group awards calculated using chip time.

  • AGE GROUPS: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-59, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74; 75-79, 80-84, 85+

  • ROUTE:
    Starting line is just below Holiday Mountain’s Lodge building. Follow Holiday Mt. Road to Edwards Road. No turns, other than the change in direction. No hills. No traffic. Course is USTAF Certified. Map on home page.

  • DOGS:
    Sorry, no dogs. We love dogs, but for liability reasons, our four-legged friends are not longer permitted at the event- that means on the course and on the grounds where pre and post-race activities are held.

  • STROLLERS:
    Strollers are welcome, however, runners with strollers please line up at the back of the pack, and allow the field to spread out before proceeding at a full pace. Walkers with strollers should also line up at the back of the walkers. Remember, children riding in strollers cannot have bib #s with chips. The time recorded will be of the individual pushing the stroller. Otherwise, the results will be impacted to the detriment of children under 10 who are running or walking on their own accord. Use caution when approaching the finish line, as there may be a group of runners who have stopped or come to a walking pace over the finish line.  Safety is our highest priority at the R4.   • FOR THOSE PARTICIPATING IN THE SULLIVAN 180 HEALTHIEST FIRE DEPARTMENT CHALLENGE:

    If you are a firefighter in Sullivan County please so indicate when registering to participate in the Healthiest Fire Department Challenge.
    Each Fire Department will receive 2 Turtle Points; 3 Turtle Points if a department has 50% or more of their department in the race.
    A special raffle will be drawn to award a $500 grant from the Trevor Loughlin Foundation to the winning fire department. 
    A trophy, and bragging rights, will be awarded to the first HFDC participant that crosses the finish line.

  • WHERE:
    Wherever you are in the world on race day

  • COURSE:
    5K - 3.1 miles. Please choose your favorite route and walk or run in memory of everyone you love.

  • T-SHIRTS: 
    If you register with a T-shirt option, virtual participants in the USA, who are not in our local region, will receive by mail.
