TREVOR LOUGHLIN FUND
The Trevor Loughlin Fund benefits individuals battling acute catastrophic illnesses, including all blood cancers. Grants can be issued from the Trevor Loughlin Fund to assist with uninsured medical expenses, as well as essential living expenses incurred while trying to get well (e.g. mortgage, utilities, groceries, childcare, transportation/accommodations for medical treatment.) We know first-hand that even patients who have insurance struggle with related expenses that are not covered.
The completed Trevor Loughlin Fund Grant Application packet must be submitted for review by the Trevor Loughlin Fund Committee. All submissions must be mailed to:
Rhulen Rock Hill Run & Ramble, Inc.
P.O. Box 786
Rock Hill, NY 12775
Grant Applications can NOT be submitted on line, or by email or fax. Original signatures are required on all forms.
The committee will make grant decisions based on the materials submitted by each applicant. Applicants who receive grants, or who are denied grants, may make a subsequent application for a grant at any time. The Trevor Loughlin Fund Committee meets on a scheduled basis to review each submission.
In order to maximize the impact of the limited funds that are available, the committee generally will limit disbursements to applicants within the R4 Community. The amount of each grant issued is at the discretion of the Trevor Loughlin Fund Committee.
